We help emerging culturally diverse background arts practitioners that need expert assistance, by guiding them with strategy development, artistic career planning and play realising onstage.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014\u2014-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Writer &amp; Director Development \u2013 Melbourne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As an Australian cross-cultural performing arts charity, Cross Encounters is committed to nurturing emerging artists, with particular attention to Asian and culturally diverse creatives working both on and off screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2026, we invite Melbourne-based screenwriters and directors with strong social awareness and creative potential to submit project ideas that explore meaningful contemporary themes within an Australian context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are interested in works that reflect youth perspectives, social relevance, and cross-cultural experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selected applicants will receive developmental guidance and institutional support during the project exploration phase, including creative dialogue and industry pathway consultation. The specific scope of collaboration will be discussed individually based on project needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interested applicants are encouraged to complete the application class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2026\u5e74\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u9762\u5411\u58a8\u5c14\u672c\u62db\u52df\u5177\u6709\u793e\u4f1a\u5173\u6000\u4e0e\u521b\u4f5c\u6f5c\u529b\u7684\u7535\u5f71\u53ca\u7535\u89c6\u5267\u7f16\u5267\u3001\u5bfc\u6f14\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u63a2\u7d22\u5177\u6709\u65f6\u4ee3\u610f\u4e49\u4e0e\u8de8\u6587\u5316\u8868\u8fbe\u4ef7\u503c\u7684\u5f71\u50cf\u9879\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6211\u4eec\u671f\u5f85\u770b\u5230\u5173\u6ce8\u73b0\u5b9e\u8bae\u9898\u3001\u5177\u6709\u9752\u5e74\u89c6\u89d2\u3001\u80fd\u591f\u5728\u6fb3\u6d32\u8bed\u5883\u4e2d\u843d\u5730\u7684\u4f5c\u54c1\u6784\u60f3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5165\u9009\u521b\u4f5c\u8005\u5c06\u5728\u521b\u4f5c\u53d1\u5c55\u9636\u6bb5\u83b7\u5f97\u673a\u6784\u5c42\u9762\u7684\u652f\u6301\u4e0e\u6307\u5bfc\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u521b\u4f5c\u4ea4\u6d41\u3001\u884c\u4e1a\u8d44\u6e90\u94fe\u63a5\u53ca\u53d1\u5c55\u65b9\u5411\u63a2\u8ba8\u7b49\u3002\u5177\u4f53\u5408\u4f5c\u5f62\u5f0f\u5c06\u6839\u636e\u9879\u76ee\u60c5\u51b5\u8fdb\u884c\u6df1\u5165\u6c9f\u901a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6709\u610f\u8005\u8bf7\u586b\u5199\u7533\u8bf7\u8868\u3002<a Noah is a director and actor long active in physical theatre area in China and has toured domestically and internationally with his group before. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Noah is committed to innovation and experimental drama, on the way to explore the training methods of physical theatre, theatre drama form with training methods of French Jacques Lecoq and Chinese opera culture and martial arts, to explore a set of suitable for the young actor China long performance training methods physical theatre, launched the &#8220;left&#8221;,&nbsp;\u201chead&#8221;. He has participated in a range of prestige festivals including Festival d&#8217;Avignon, Edinburgh Festival and the Wuzhen Theatre Festival. He moved Melbourne and settled down here a year ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the common pursuit of artistic excellence and innovation, Noah joined Cross Encounters\u2019&nbsp;family.
