As the first step in Melbourne’s cross-cultural modern fantasy film and drama IP series, the film explores themes of magic, good versus evil, love, redemption, and the rise of a female hero, leading a trend towards contemporary cross-cultural fantasy romance between the East and West.
Produced by the first Chinese-Australian performing arts organisation Cross Encounters, we are very happy for all the women who worked on this project team, this award goes to them, it is your talent and hard work that made this part of the film, and we are very proud that the main creative team of this film is mostly women, your power is huge, congratulations, thank you!
